MARJOLIJN MIDORI

Clown – Street Theatre – Opera Singer
ABOUT
Marjolijn Midori is a versatile physical performer and mezzo-soprano with a background in clowning. She is currently studying classical singing at LUCA School of Arts under Catherine Vandevelde.
At heart, she is a performer who thrives on connection—whether through music, theater, clowning, or movement. From singing and audience improvisation to bringing a quiet smile to someone in need, she seeks moments where performance becomes a shared experience.
Her artistic journey blends classical singing, clowning, stilt walking, fire artistry, and physical theatre. She has performed in theaters, circuses, hospitals, festivals, and on the streets, always searching for ways to bring warmth, humor, and wonder into people’s lives.
Marjolijn believes in storytelling that draws people closer, in laughter that opens doors, and in the joy of play as something essential. Whether on stage or in everyday life, she hopes to create experiences that leave people feeling lighter, more curious, and a little more connected.
